It applies to all individuals who engage with RoberLabs as Contributors, Channel Users, or Applicants. It covers data collected both through use of the platform and through off-platform interactions such as recruitment communications, onboarding calls, or messaging platforms like Gchat.

This policy does not apply to end-user viewers of content distributed by Channel Users.

• Communicate project opportunities and updates
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and team access

Contributors may interact with AI-generated draft content, but are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI output before submitting final work.

• Castle Grayskull team members and platform administrators
• Channel Users reviewing your submitted work
• Authorized service providers (e.g., Deel, cloud hosting, email tools)
• Law enforcement or legal authorities, if required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while you are actively using the platform or under consideration for work opportunities. If you request deletion, we will erase your personal data unless we are legally required to retain it for audit or dispute resolution purposes.

Historical records such as application history, roles applied for, and decisions made may be retained to improve operations and maintain internal records.

RoberLabs uses AI-generated content (e.g., translations, audio, subtitles) as a support tool for Contributors. These are provided as draft outputs only and are not used to make employment or performance decisions. Contributors are responsible for final edits and approval of all work submitted.

Updates to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
